At Helping Hands Health Services, Inc., we offer a variety of therapeutic and support groups throughout the month to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our trauma group for adults provides a safe and supportive space to process past experiences, work through unresolved trauma, and begin the journey toward healing. Parents can benefit from our parent group, which offers practical parenting strategies, emotional support, and an open forum to discuss family challenges. We also host teen groups designed for adolescents and young adults to explore relevant topics such as school success, workplace readiness, sexual health and safety, social media use, confidence, and healthy peer relationships.
